Kiko Goats are the one breed of goat I have been raising for 12 years at 7500 feet in the Rockies. I’ve worked on my genetics, selecting for high altitude hardiness, ease of kidding, parasite resistance, good feet and easy keepers. For the homesteader, I’ve also worked on temperament, my goats are handled well, and are like dogs. All my Kikos are 100% NZ, registered with NRK, and herd tested.

Kikos are a meat breed which can also be milked. Their milk is delicious. They are known for being easy to raise.
